M-PEG DVD MAXTRON dan VITRON bahkan GMC adalah sangat mirip, biasa menggunakan chipset sunplus atau MT.Maka dari itu segala keluhan kerusakan kedua merek tersebut adalah hampir sama.
Disini saya membahas tentang kerusakan "BLANK" pada DVD MAXTRON model 83000-5 dan MAXTRON 683,hanya lampu asessoris yang menyala,lainnya matot ( mati total).
Semua keluaran tegangan dari unit power supply adalah normal hinnga menuju ke IC chipset ( sunplus).
Pertama saya solder ulang di sekitar kaki-kaki chipset,ternyata lcd dapat dapat tampil,open close pun berjalan normal,tapi setelah kira-kira 2 menit, M-peg manjadi hang ( tak berfungsi total) dan suhu chipset mendadak meningkat suhunya (panas).Optik pun tak pernah bisa membaca (reading).
Seperti pada kebanyakan kasus yang terjadi terhadap saudaranya (vitron).segera saya periksa jalur tegangan 3,3volt untuk chipset,walhasil ,ternyata dua buah dioda IN4007 dan satu transistor S8550 sangat panas dan menyebabkan drop pada jalur ini.
Segera saya mengganti ke empat komponen tersebut ( dua IN4007 dan dua TR S8550) beserta elco 220uF/16V dan 10uF/16V.Meskipun jika di ukur terlihat normal.
Kenapa demikian ,karena beban yang berat bagi kedua Transistor dan dioda tersebut menyebabkan suhu komponen menjadi naik,walhasil arus bocor dari pada kedua semiconductor tersebut meningkat pula ( mendekati titik batas maksimum break voltage semiconductor).
Setelahnyapergantian tersebut, terlihat optik berjalan dengan normal .
Tidak hanya sampai disitu ,setelah sekitar 10 menit berjalan ,kembali saya cek semua kondisi rangkaian,masih ada masalah;yaitu dua buah elco 220/35V di power supply ikut meningkat suhunya.Elco ini ada di jalur keluaran -+ 12Volt pada blok power supply.
Pergantian dua elco terakhir adalah proses terakhir dalam mereparasi kasus DVD MAXTRON ini.

All output voltage from the power supply is normal to IC chipset (sunplus).
First I re-solder around the foot-feet chipset, the lcd can appear, close any open running normally, but after about 2 minutes, M-PEG hang (not working total) chipset and the temperature suddenly increased temperature (hot) . Optik was never able to read (reading).
As in most cases happens to his brother (vitron). I immediately check the line voltage to 3.3 volt chipset, Hence, the two dioda IN4007 transistor S8550 and a very hot and cause a drop in this path.
I immediately change to the four components (two and two IN4007 TR S8550) and its elco 220uF/16V and 10uF/16V.So if seen in the normal measure.
Why do so, because a heavy burden for the two transistors and dioda component is causing the temperature to be increased, Hence the flow of leaks from both Semiconductor is also increased (to a maximum break point voltage Semiconductor).
After changed, the visible optical running normally.
Not only there until, after about 10 minutes to run, I check back all the series of conditions, there is still a problem; the two elco 220/35V participate in the power supply increased temperatur.Elco this path in the output - + 12Volt power supply on the block.
Turn of the last two elco is last in the process of repair cases MAXTRON this DVD.
