Di ZIC WORKSHOP Bekasi, kami sering sekali mendapatkan dvd vitron dengan kasus pada loading( pembacaan disc).Terutama yg menggunakan chip buatan sunplus.
Disini saya bahas untuk model : VITRON DVD-680, yang mempunyai beberapa keluhan sebagai berikut:
Loading atau pembacaan disc yang lama dapat terjadi karena:optik memang sudah lemah dan anda dapat memastikannya dengan menggunakan optik yg normal.Dapat juga terjadi karena motor spindle-nya (pemutar disc) sudah lemah dan tidak linear putarannya.Bisa juga terjadi karena regulasi power supply yang tidak bagus;elco 1000/16V untuk jalur 5V nya sudah menggembung.Juga dapat terjadi karena ada masalah pada sistem servo (IC CD5888) dan komponen di sekitarnya.
Untuk kasus pada sistem servo, yang biasa menjadi penyebabnya adalah ; supply tegangan 3.3V untuk chipset tidak bagus atau drop.Contoh dari gejala ini adalah apabila dvd mau berputar dan hanya beberapa menit saja,setelah itu error atau bahkan tombol panel pun tak bekerja (hang/macet).
Kerusakan ini sering terjadi pada komponen : elco 220/10v - dua buah dioda IN4002 (pengubah dari 5v ke 3.3v) atau jika tak memakai dioda,maka IC LD 117-3.3 - dua transistor servo TR: S8550.
Jika anda amati selama proses terdapat dua transistor tersebut panas,maka segera ganti beberapa komponen yang saya sebutkan di atas.
Jika anda amati laser optik tidak menyala,periksa tegangan 3.3 v untuk jalur IC pre-amp OPTIK,biasanya penyebabnya adalah choke SMD ( L) atau smd FUSE atau R smd( biasa tertulis:000) periksa juga dua transisitor SMD untuk driver laser optik.
Pada kasus di IC servo anda periksa juga R smd yang bernilai 330 dan 470,ini sering berubah nilainya karena panas menyebabkan sering error atau macet di tengah jalan.
Yang terakhir dan juga sangat sering terjadi adalah rusaknya memory yang menyebabkan optik tidak dapat menerjemahkan data,kadang hanya mau dvd saja atau vcd saja atau mp3 saja,untuk kasus ini jalan satu-satunya adalah mengganti EEPROM-nya (memory : EN25f80).Sayang nya memory ini sangat sulit didapatkan dan anda harus rajin -rajin meng-copy memory dari dvd yg masih normal untuk cadangan jika anda mendapat kasus pada memory.
Beberapa kasus pada memory yaitu; NO disc, gambar klise , gambar berkotak-kotak,hanya menampilkan gambar merek,cacat suara, fungsi tombol yg error dll.
IC chipset pun ( sunplus) bisa menyebabkan kerusakan no disc,gejalanya adalah jika anda amati dan pegang IC ini dan panasnya tidak normal ( tinggi) dipastikan IC ini rusak.

Here, I study for the model: VITRON DVD-680, which has some concerns as follows:
Loading or reading a disc may occur because: optics are weak and you can check by using the optical normal.Dapat I also happen because of its spindle motor (disc player) is weak and not linear .Bisa also occur due to power supply regulation that is not good; elco 1000/16V to 5V line is LEAK.Juga can occur because there is a problem in the system Servo (IC CD5888) and the surrounding components.
For cases in Servo system, which is to be the cause is; 3.3V supply voltage for the chipset is not good or drop.Contoh symptom of this is when the dvd and would like to rotate just a few minutes only, after that error, or even the button panel is not working (hang / misfire).
This damage often occurs on the components: elco 220/10v - two dioda IN4002 (modifier from 5V to 3.3v) or if not wearing dioda, the IC LD 117-3.3 - two transistor TR Servo: S8550.
If you observed during the two transistor is hot, then immediately change the number of components that I mentioned above.
If you observe the optical laser does not work, check the voltage v 3.3 channels for pre-amp IC OPTIK, it is usually choke SMD (L) or smd FUSE or smd R (regular written: 000) also check the two transisitor SMD driver for laser optics.
In the case of the IC also check your Servo R smd valued 330 and 470, this value is changed frequently because of the heat often error or traffic jams in the middle of the road.
The last and also very often happens is that the damage to the optical memory can not translate the data, sometimes only dvd or vcd or mp3 course, for this case the only way is to replace its EEPROM (memory: EN25f80). Unfortunately it This memory is very difficult and you must be diligent diligently to-memory copy of the dvd you are still normal for backup if you get a case in memory.
Some cases in the memory; NO disc, negative image, checker, only displays the image, voice disability, function keys etc. I error.
IC chipset is (sunplus) can cause no damage to disc, if your symptoms are observed and hold the IC and the heat is not normal (high) this IC is damaged.
